On this page you can find the pricing for your retreat stay.

Our core retreat includes all of the following:

– The La Crisalida Butterfly programme for health and wellbeing.
– Your accommodation in one of our calm and relaxing rooms.
– All your meals or juices from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave: breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus afternoon juice.
– All your retreat activities: yoga, meditation, walks, workshops, exercise classes, cookery demonstration and more, between 8am and 9pm every day.

We also provide unlimited filtered water, herbal teas and fresh fruit. Wi-fi is available in your room and in communal areas. Rooms also contain a television.

You are welcome to arrive and depart any day of the week, so you can fit your retreat into your schedule.

The price of your retreat varies depending upon your chosen type of accommodation. We have two seasons: low and medium. Prices are per person, in pounds Sterling (£).
